Serial EEPROM

Available as key, token or plug with SPI, I²C and Microwire interfaces. Memory capacities range from 1Kbit to 1Mbit. These products are ideally suited for low to medium data-logging, parameter / configuration upload, data storage and access control including CIK.

Serial Flash (SPI)

Available as keys or tokens, memory capacities range from 2Mbit to 64Mbit. Our SPI keys and tokens complement our Microwire and SPI EEPROM devices. These keys or tokens are page writable and are ideally suited for high volume data logging and firmware updates.
