Serial Memory - Keyceptacles® & Receptacles

Keyceptacle

Keyceptacles are designed to work with the full range of Serial Memory Keys. The Keys fit into the Keyceptacles either way up and turn and lock into place, just like a standard door key inside a lock.

The Keyceptacles are available in a board mount or panel mount version and have a minimum rating of 200,000 cycles.

The Keyceptacles stay clean by employing a wiping action that removes dirt and residue from the contacts with every insertion and removal of the key.

Receptacle

Receptacles are designed to work with the full range of Serial Memory Tokens. The Tokens fit into the Receptacles either way up. All but the smallest receptacles have retention nubs which hold the token firmly in place.

The Receptacles are available in various board mount or panel mount versions and have a minimum insertion rating of 50,000 cycles.

The Receptacles stay clean by employing a wiping action that removes dirt and residue from the contacts with every insertion and removal of the Token.

Plug Receptacle

Our KSD range of Plug Receptacles are fully compatible with all our serial memory plugs. This extra rugged receptacle is well suited for use in outdoor and mobile applications that require a tough weatherproof interface.

Bar Receptacle

The Bar series receptacle features an on surface mounting system, which allows you to add a portable data carrier to your product without giving up large amounts of panel space or interior volume. The series features an IP-67 immersion rating and is designed to meet the requirements of the most demanding military and industrial applications.
